All our Orders are Processed through BMT Micro.  

All major Credit Cards and Paypal are accepted. (New One Page Order Form!)  Designs available as Downloads

You can place your order using any of the options below, choose one that is best for you:

1.  Online using your Credit Card or Paypal

Quick, easy and secure.  BMT Micro accept and process over ten different credit card types, including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Eurocard, American Express, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, Novus, JCB, Switch/Solo and Optima.

You can also pay using PayPal.  There is a one page order form when using Paypal to make it quicker and easier for you.

2.  Phone, Mail or Fax

Place your order for any of our Designs by Calling BMT Micro directly on their Toll Free Number (800) 414 4268 between 9:00am and 5:30 pm EST (-5 GMT) - USA & Canada

Should you choose Mail or Fax as your payment option when completing the online order, you will see a printable order form instead of the 'Thank You' page at the end of the ordering process online.  This Order Form is already filled out with the clients Order Information and contains complete contact information to call, fax or mail in your order.

 Placing Your Order and Receiving Your Designs

1.  Placing your Order online:

Once you have chosen the Design you would like to order, scroll to the Bottom of the page.  Click on the 'Add to Cart' Button.  You will be directed to a BMT Micro Secure Order Page.  You will need to fill in your personal and payment details.  Click on the 'Submit' button and your order will be sent to BMT Micro where it will be processed.

2.  Receiving your Order/Designs

After your order has been verified and processed you will receive an e-mail from BMT Micro with Download Instructions.  All designs are delivered to the customer via download.  The e-mail will have download information as well as a link to a secure download page from where you will be able to download your Order.  Please be sure that the e-mail address you put on the Order Form is correct or you will not receive the designs you have purchased.

 Receiving your Bonus Design

Each month we offer a Bonus Design to all Customers who make a single purchase of $9 or more from our website.  As soon as we receive an Order Notification from BMT Micro we will send you a Bonus Design E-Mail with the URL and a Unique Username and Unique Password that you will need to download the Bonus Design Set.  The Bonus Design E-Mail will be sent to the e-mail address used on the Order Form.  Please allow 24 - 48 Hours of placing your Order to receive the Bonus Design E-Mail.  Bonus Design E-Mails are processed and sent out Monday through Friday.  Orders received over a weekend will have their Bonus Designs E-Mails sent out on Monday.

 Customer Service

My aim is to answer each e-mail I receive.  During the week - Monday through Friday - you can expect a reply within 24 Hours.  Any e-mails received over the weekend will be answered on Monday.  If you haven't had a reply from me within 48 Hours, please resend your message.  Please also be sure to include the e-mail address that I can reply to as well as an alternative one should there be one.
