No Fabric Required!  Super quick and easy to stitch out.  These gift bags are made from Cut Away Stabilizer.  Simply hoop the cutaway stabilizer and stitch out the design piece!  They stitch out in a 'jiffy'!  Perfect for Gifts.  I used red 'Hat Ribbon' for the handles, but, you could use cording or ribbon.  These Gift Bags won't be expensive to make and are a really attractive way to give a gift!
